Horrible customer service and the way they treat their customer is disrespectful. Never had an owner of a company not know what’s going on in their system. Canceled a policy over two years ago, and their incompetence it’s wild. Do not go to this trash agency that doesn’t know what they are doing. Update: I have been with the Wolf agency for over 10 yrs and with Travelers Insurance for 9 of them. I have had the same contact information during this time. Let me clarify that Travelers insurance is an amazing Car insurance company. I called them directly and they rectified the situation immediately. Wolf Agency is not.
