I love the way I am allowed to pay my bill with Tamara Thompson's State Farm branch. Every employee i have spoken with (in the past year or two) has conducted themselves as caring professionals. It's so easy and convenient. I love it.

I would like to thank Katherine Bonillasorto for her excellent customer service. Earlier this year I decided to close my accounts with State Farm which I had for over 18 years. I had a wonderful agent named Raul Braun but he retired. I was assigned a new agent who I have been very unhappy with. My emails and texts were not responded to. When I called the Central Office , the customer service rep was very abrupt with me. He did not want to help me and told me to talk to my agent. I told him my agent was not responding to my messages, that's why I was calling the Central Office. I was initially happy when Mr. Braun my first agent in Maryland. He would personally call me when I needed to talk to him. His office staff knew me and were always respectful and professional in the way they treat

Tamara and her staff are profession, helpful and actually care about their clients. Katherine is always quick and efficient in fulfilling requests as they are needed for our business, which is quite often!! Thank you for everything you do in keeping our business protected and updated!!
