I want to lead with the fact that my overall experience with Wishbone has been great! I want to specifically recognize Allyson, Jennifer, and Christina for being a huge support anytime I have called regarding claims I wanted to submit. They were very attentive and empathetic. I’ve had my pet insurance coverage through my job for a year and for the first time ever I needed to use it due to an emergency. Although the experience wasn’t perfect, the result was exactly what was advertised. No business operates flawlessly and I believe these reviews are quite harsh. A majority of pet insurance company’s require us pet parents to pay up front to then be reimbursed later. We all have financial struggles but if a next-day turn around time for funds is expected, then pet insurance may not be the so

Wishbone Insurance gave us the freedom to provide our beloved dog with the best care possible and we were able to make decisions for his treatment based on medical advice rather than financial constraints. I would highly recommend Wishbone and we will absolutely be taking out policies through them for all of our future pets.
