His wife made me text him all my personal information for nothing wasting my time and then telling me he don't do writing quote it seems they are in Mesozoic Era old fashioned when clearly in the website of the all state insurance said quote in text, email or phone call Don't recommend to nobody he and his wife are useless and waste of time don't come they are dinosaurs

The people in this office are very rude. I called in today because I was sent an email with false information about my policy and got a guy who continued to tell me false information. After I got agitated I asked to speak to someone else and he refused, claiming there were other people in the office but no one available to speak to me. I told him to put me on hold for someone else and he for 20 minutes and then hung up. I called back several times and they would not answer the phone... this is how you treat customers who have held a policy going on 9 years? Totally unacceptable

One word...RUDE...Even Ben is RUDE. The first time I spoke with a elderly lady there she was the sweetest and helped me but these other RUDE SOULS are terrible. You guys give All-State a bad name.
