Winston Ayala - State Farm Insurance Agent

My experience with State Farm has been nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly urge anyone considering this insurance company to think twice. My sister, Nicole, was involved in a serious car accident, and as a State Farm policyholder, she trusted them to handle the situation with care and integrity. Instead, State Farm engaged in **steering**, a practice where they pushed her to use one of their "preferred" repair shops—Classic Collision in Austin, TX. Steering is harmful because it prioritizes the insurance company’s interests over the needs of the customer, often resulting in subpar repairs that don't address the full extent of the damage. The staff at State Farm in Winston Ayala's office has ALWAYS been so helpful in providing me with the best insurance coverage. Virginia is GREAT and has always provided AWESOME customer service. I can call the office and know that whoever picks up the phone will be able to help me with my questions and/or just simply making my payment. Mr. Ayala's office has such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The BEST insurance agency by far!!

I've been with this group since 2010 or so. I have always received great service. Wether it be for quotes, a quick faxing of my insurance card, or whatever it may be they always make me feel as if I matter. And another big thing, when they say they will call you back..... they actually do. I can not stress enough how important that is. We recently added another vehicle and Virginia helped me out, I remember her great service from 5 years previous when I last added a vehicle. She's quick, reliable and very friendly, which always makes for a painless call to your insurance provider.

Disregard the other reviews about this place. People here have horrible customer service and do not have helping heart when it comes to working with you on selecting the best policy that fits your needs. To them your are only a number and have the “well that’s all we offer so too bad what you want” attitude. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I understand if you have a bad day once but every time I called I was greeted with the same tone of “ugh! What do you want”. I know insurance companies aren’t the greatest but is it too difficult to ask for good customer service? Switched to another insurance company with waaay better rates and excellent customer service. Do not recommend. Stay away.
