Dear Kemper Auto Insurance Claims Department, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the handling of my auto insurance claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 12, 2025. Since the date of loss, I have experienced significant difficulties with claim management, communication failures, and unresolved repair issues that remain outstanding.
