Windsor-Mount Joy Mutual Insurance Company

My home owners insurance was through "Windsor Mount Joy Mutual Insurance" company. During hurricane Helene in North Carolina, damages occurred on the roof causing a leak which eventually led to a hole in the master bedrooms bathroom. I reached out to The Colonial Group located in Greensboro, NC who has Sales Representatives in the local area at which time the insurance was purchased through. The gentleman name J Webster has been the person that I speak to in regards to any issues that I am have with my home. He then contacts Windsor Mount-Joy Mutual Insurance Company at which time Mr Webster submitted the claim. A short period of time passed and an adjuster was sent out to look at the damage. By far, it is the worst insurance company to deal with. Its no surprise that it has such a low rating. We were helping my grandmother who is on a fixed income to fix things around her home that Windsor requested.
