Ken Rhodes was good but ever since he sold to Lehman my auto rate kept going up. Couldn’t get me a better quote on my auto policy because, driving record they said. I got a quote on my own from a different company for less than half of the company they had me with. Padding their own pockets and take everything they can. Find someone else who cares about their clients. Same coverage and vehicles as the policy we had with your company.

I'm kind of upset I went there looking for a quote for my vehicle. The receptionist was nice to me that is where it ended. I feel like the agent that attended me didn't want to help me. It's been days and they didn't reply back with a quote. It's a shame to I live literally down the street hoping they would help me. I thought it was a good place because of the reviews but, it turns out it wasn't after all.

A true accurate review is neccessary. This insurance company, specifically Joyce Stolzfus deserves the highest possible professional, experienced and conpetent rating ! While trying for many months with four different companies to secure a complicated policy on a commercial property, she totally navigated the whole process and fixed a very difficult situation and with great patience. THE BEST !!!
