Wilmore Insurance Agency

It's a challenge to get in touch with anyone responsible for this agency. The addresses they provide—one is fake, just an empty room with their name on the door, and the other, in Bethesda, has no agents there. I've made approximately 60 phone calls, none were answered, and they haven't called me back. I've been trying to resolve an insurance problem for about four months now, a problem I didn't even know was being debited from my bank account.

Terrible business etiquette. You call and 9/10 times they do Not answer. Their voice mail says to leave a message so that they will call back ASAP which is usually within 24 hours but No One ever Calls back! Pondering as to how this Insurance Agency is still in business if they DO NOT have the clients peace of mind and concerns in their best interests. IE: We called to get Garage Keepers insurance for my business and they were never able to assist with that. The whole year of 2024 went by and they never helped with our request. Do better and you all will get a better rating!

I have my business , home,and auto At Wilmore insurance agency for at Least 3 years now and I am very Satisfied with their service. Their Representatives are very responsive And press ant.

No complaints. Love the time they spend explaining how things work in the insurance business.

This is a top notch agency that cares for its clients. Would recommend them to anyone for either commercial and personal insurance policies.
