I had an issue with my life insurance policy and not only did she get this rectified but was persistent, knowledgeable and professional in getting this taken care of. I’ve been a customer of Allstate and subsequently, this office, for 8 years. I get annual phone calls on my birthday, or in the middle of a work day trying to sell me additional coverage, but when I call to ask questions about my policy, I’m consistently told they don’t have the information I’m looking for and I end up having to call the main Allstate number. They treat you well when you first sign your policy and they get their commission check, and then after that you’re just a bother to them. Just today I spoke with Lisa Colon, who instead of helping me try to figure out why changes I’d made in the Allstate portal weren’t reflecting in my policy, she just kept repeating that “she doesn’t get notifications of that,” which is not what I was asking. The Willie Miranda company has been there with me, helping me navigate through the complexities of handling car accidents, transactional paperwork for new vehicle purchases, assisting and thoughtful guidance with setting up home owners insurance, and their level of care has never diminished. The last three years I have only used the word great.... I apologize for that. It was undeserving for them .... instead I owe it to not only the readers but to the agency as well. I've been with this agency for 8+years now if I could give them 6 out of 5 stars they would deserve it 100%... the basics.. Price/rates- are very good/fair of course based on ones history Knowledge- the are absolutely on the ball!!! Pleasant- 100% of the time When asked to do something- they jump on it and take care of it100%. I only wish I could say the same about my doctors office and then some. Seriously people..... give them the chance to prove me wrong... I don't think they would and you will be happy u did!!!

Every time I've called about anything, the people at this agency have been helpful and eager to respond to my inquiries. I have only been a customer for a little over a year (in fact, I signed up just before the pandemic began), and I will continue to be loyal to them. They know how to "do" customer service.
