AAA Clifton Park

The battery on my truck died while I was working out of town in Saratoga last week. I put a request in for service to my battery on the AAA App. Dalton from this garage responded to the request in less than 15 minutes! He was very professional & friendly. He tested the battery & showed me that my battery was bad. I asked if he could change it for me. He explained that he didn't carry batteries on the flatbed, but he would tell dispatch to send a service truck to my location to install a new battery. In about an hour Andrew & Nick showed up with the service truck. Again they were very professional & friendly. They quickly changed out my battery for me, had me sign for it & were on their way. I brought in my car for an inspection today and do so every year. The Manger of the garage is highly professional as is his team of mechanics. My inspection was easy to schedule online or via a text reminder. This is a busy shop so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but that is a pleasant one as your sitting in a very pleasant environment with free decent coffee and or bottled water. There are both TV to watch or a PC to access. AAA offers their famed travel services and I did say hello to those agents at their desks. Everyone in this very pleasant and professional. They provide so many different services that today I learned that your membership covers you if your on the road riding your bicycle and have a break down! Now that is really reassuring in the middle of nowhere on a paved road! The

I needed a tow yesterday, and Dalton arrived very quickly! He is very flexible, professional and very knowledgeable with cars. He knew exactly where the tow hook toolkit was in the car, and he was very careful when loading the car up. When dropping the car off, he called and asked us where we wanted the keys, and even made sure to leave the car in second gear (we had mentioned how 1st was unusable). Excellent service.

Tow truck driver honked at me for not immediately pulling away from a red light. This was because he was mad that I passed him because he was going 30 in a 40. He also stopped an inch off my bumper. Left your location around 10am 2/17 if you wanted to suggest that he not drive like a pissed off teenager.
