Recently had a bad customer service experience with this company. After doing business here for over eighteen months, I tried to contact an office person who would handle the renewal of my car insurance. After NUMEROUS voicemails and no returns to any of my calls, I decided to handle my policy renewal and change of insurance on my own. Time was running out. I was successful with this and substantially reduced my premium rate. As I could get no one to return my call, I sent several texts to the company president, approximately six weeks ago and received no response from him either. In reference to another matter, I called the agency and spoke to Steven Harvey, the company president. During the short conversation with me, he did not respond to getting my texts and not responding. I explained

Honestly only have been dealing with them cause my grandfather was with them for years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences dealing with them as a younger man. Bought a car was told before buying it that it would cost me 1600 a year a month and a half later they send me something saying that it is going to be 9000 a year which is unreal for a 2009 car. They aren’t good with any calls they take hour lunch breaks and they make you wait for things that take no time to do.

Odd customer service. Asked for a quote. Janet asked who I had. Then she told me I should stick with them without giving quote. She did not want to even start a quote. Very odd for insurance sales.

Moved to Delaware, my usual insurance agency and 6 other firms couldn't get me insurance on my manufactured home but Lori S. was professional, kind and made sure I got what I needed and at a great price!
