I had the pleasant experience of having Cindy West handle a PNC Bank insurance verification request (order) of my State Farm Homeowners Policy. Apparently PNC Bank sent out an e-mail, then sent a second request by US Postal Service . Ms West handled the two requests promptly. Good Work!
