I’ve been a loyal customer for 12 years, but due to a oversight on my part I was 1 day late on the premium for my homeowners policy. Susan Finn from the office called me about my missed payment. I informed her I was at work and would pay this later today when I got home. She immediately gave me the shake down and questioned what time that would be because my policy is probably already canceled (lie), and they might not even accept my payment (more lies). I had to take time from work to deal with this “emergency” only to find out the “intent to cancel” was if the payment wasn’t received by the 28th. She totally lied to me, was unprofessional and rude. I was treated like a deadbeat that can’t afford to pay my bills. Guess what DeFrates? I’m looking for a new agent you can thank Susan Jim jus
