Larry Lerman: Allstate Insurance

I have had my car insurance and homeowners insurance with Larry for as long as I can remember. Anytime I need my policy emailed or quotes ran Larry always responds to me same day. He made sure to find me the best deal with the best coverage. Definitely call Larry to shop your current insurance! You won't be disappointed!

We have been Allstate customers for nearly 30 years... until yesterday. We were unable to resolve ongoing issues with our account for several months. Larry admitted to making several mistakes and even mentioned "learning" new things along the way. These mistakes led to several unauthorized charges and a lack of trust. Our policy price nearly doubled when we added a new driver and our coverage was sub par at best. Larry took no responsibility for the errors to our account and made zero effort to rectify our issues. We were told our our refund was processed, but it was never received. We have filed an official complaint with Allstate.

Great rates and coverage from Allstate and Cathleen always looks out for my best interests. She even caught some things wrong that my previous insurance company was ripping me off and is helping me to try and get some money back from them on my home owners policy. As far as the auto insurance, I have been with them for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I find this location to be empty darkly lit and odd. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. But the hours are short and it's just not professional looking when u walk in. Also I find Allstate's insurance rates in general to be higher then most and they don't give u as much leeway with paying late as other insurance companies I've dealt with. But if your just looking to pay your insurance quickly this is the place. But warning they do NOT have change. So either pay with your debit or exact change.

Previously, I posted a negative comment. After speaking with Larry, I stated my concerns. I did find out I had equity in having my policy for almost fifty years which I wouldn't't get starting with another company. We made some changes which were agreeable to me. We met with Kim who is very knowledgeable and explained everything very easily. Am happy to say we are still Allstate customers and hope to be in the future.
