I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Willard Insurance Agency. We were with them for about three years. Recently, they told us our auto insurance through Augusta Mutual would not be renewing and that we would need to find a new carrier. We asked multiple times for clarification because our Augusta Mutual account continued to show a bill. Each time, we were told not to pay it. Unfortunately, this advice was incorrect. Willard did not actually investigate our concerns, and it turns out the policy was set to auto-renew and the bill was due. This lack of due diligence caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Willard Insurance has always been amazing to work with. I’ve had policies with them for 5 years. Every time I have a question about changes in my policies or need to change my address because I moved, they’re prompt and helpful in their responses. I will not go to another insurance agency unless I move out of state, and even then, I would ask if there’s any way to still stay with them.

Willard Insurance Agency is fantastic. It's great to have someone local that I can depend on and TRUST for my insurance needs. They have multiple carriers they work with to find the best rates, and are on top of things when it comes to claims. I highly recommend Willard Insurance Agency!

Willard insurance is absolutely great and I would easily recommend them to anyone. I recently experienced my first insurance claim, the staff at Willard were extremely helpful in walking me through the claim process and it became very obvious that they generally care about their customers wellbeing.
