Gillespie Agency, LLC: Allstate Insurance

I used to love this agency, and William Gillespie has been very helpful in the past. However, now when I call, the phone doesn't even ring before the answering machine picks up, asks what the call is about, then says 'let me connect you to a representative that can help with that', which then connects me to another recording telling me that all representatives are busy assisting other customers, please leave a detailed message. Every.Single.Time. After leaving a detailed message, I wait many hours before getting a call back. In all the years I've had William Gillespie as my agent, I felt they were interested in helping their customers. I no longer experience that. I'm ready to get another insurance agent.

All my questions were answered, and I feel the agent had the best solutions for all my risks. Professional and complete service and I would highly recommend the agent who wrote my business and the agency itself as well as Allstate. I am a retired licensed agent myself and you cannot do better than this agency for transparency and fully vetting and applying proper coverages for your insurance needs.

I had made a weekend call to take off a truck and add a truck to my policy with allstate. The weekend call went great and i was able to register my new truck with DMV VA that day. After a few weeks i went to print off my ins cards and saw my policy had not changed. I called my agency here in Rocky Mount VA and all was rectified immediately which was super. The wknd transaction was done but not forwarded to my agency. All in all I've been with Allstate many many years and will not change due to their service quality I am orig. From CT retired here to VA and Allstate serviced me in both states. Allstate remains tops in my book.

My mother went there this morning and two ladies that worked there discriminated my mother and did not wanted to help her at all, she was on her phone and ignored my mother and acted she did not see her. And even when she was free she said she would rather work on something else and made my mom wait 45min until she felt like helping her.You guys need people that are respectful and treat others the same.

You're in good hands. I've had dealings with these guys for years and have no complaints. The people in this office branch have been super kind and helpful.
