Normally I wouldn't stop my day to review a title agency, but.... Wetzel was very helpful, professional and friendly. One of the few places where they actually listen to you, remember what transpired, and take action on the situation at hand. It might sound a little grandiose for a title agency, but my real estate closing needs were somewhat complex, and needed a professional "touch", for lack of a better term. I'm not sure if my transaction would have been successful without Wetzel. Both me and my buyer are both happy. If the opportunity arises, I'll use their services again. Also gonna inform my real estate associates about my experience. Thanks again.

There were no surprises when I got to closing. All the numbers were exactly as is leading up to the final closing. Getting through closing and signing the paperwork took about 30 minutes or so. Everyone was really nice. I worked primarily with Nicole, who was responsive and answered my questions. It's a stressful process when it comes to buying a house, and having a good title company is imperative.

Wetzel Abstract is a really great title company! They are responsive, thorough, and communicate well with everyone involved in the transaction. I have worked with many title companies and having a great one makes all of the difference!
