The Katyl Agency: Allstate Insurance

For starters they are very hard to get a hold of. Very delayed on call backs, if ever. Then you may be redirected or call the corporate number to resolve your issues and they supposedly do not communicate, nor with the all state app. So it’s kind of pointless that it’s through Allstate but this agency will say it’s not all linked, which gives bad business vibes. I sold my house in March of 2024 was charged home owners until September. They told me they have to request to get a refund and it’s not guaranteed. Same when I got rid of a car from my policy. I have been waiting for a refund check since September. I have not received a refund on the car or home insurance policies. Made multiple calls to the Katyl agency and all state corporate number. This local agency is saying the refund was se

No actual experience with them but their unsolicited marketing (a photo of my house showing through the envelope window, and no company name in the return address on the envelope) is extremely creepy and as a result I would never work with them.

I have no interest in an agent who feels that spending money on creepy and targeted marketing despite being a "local" agent over two hours from my home. A good agent wouldn't need to use such tactics.

Whatever I need whenever I need the Katyl Agency is right there to help me . I never have to wait they always take care of me on the spot. It feels like I am there only client and that I am family. You can't find that in a company anymore so looks like I will be with them for a long time. Thank you Katyl Agency.

They're halfway across the state from where I live and sent me a creepy unsolicited mailer with a picture of my house on it. Try working locally.
