Had to everything myself the brooker patti was never in contact with me and refused to let me know anything that was changing until i called her. My home insurance was paid twice because the brooker failed to let the mortgage company know that my balance was being transferred from my existing policy. Now im out 2000$ and im just supposed to wait. The brooker makes commission off of you and doesnt want to help at all. She had the oddasity to laugh when i asked to speak to her supervisor saying she dodmt have one. This isnt a joke when it comes to peoples money. Having this company changed as im writing this. Save yourself the frustration. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I’ve been San Fernando insurance for 13 years I’ve followed them every time I’ve had over 7 cars insured with them.Patti has always taken care of everything for me a simple email she gets everything done. I just added another car this morning and I have my insurance cards already. Can’t bet the service thank you patti for so many years of giving us amazing service.
