She was so sweet, and super genuine I was a bit stressed about the situation, but she made everything so easy and made sure it was all taken care of she even gave me different options. I hardly recommend Nick's office as your insurance agent agency. Nick was so helpful and empathetic at the Eaton fire. He quickly hooked me up or reported me towards a remediation companies so that I was ahead of the game and didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment for remediation. My State Farm adjuster was equally kind, empathetic, helpful, speedy and responsive. Today Maria reviewed my insurance policy with me to ensure that I have the appropriate coverage.
