Mercury Insurance was the insurance company of the young man who totalled my car. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Even though we didn't start out on a friendly basis we ended up friendly, as opposed to my own lousy full coverage extremely over rated and over priced Insurance the back stabbing Triple A.

While other insurance carriers are rewarding/refunding premiums because drivers are not driving, mercury is not! I'm actively signing with a new carrier as of this comment. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AND DEFINITELY NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS !
