Wes is a great person to help guide you through the insurance process - quick to be able to compare rates, super responsive when you need policy details, and willing to step in and support his clients (there was an app required for an auto policy and Wes helped a family member set up and figure out the app in person). While your mileage may vary with insurance carrier experiences (do your research on who you choose, of course), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wes.

For the past 2 months, Wes has repeatedly dropped the ball and mishandled my auto policies, ultimately leading to severe financial ramifications. I signed up for a Nationwide policy through him. Then in mid June, he switched me to a cheaper Progressive policy. He assured me I would not need to pay the last month of Nationwide, he was going to cancel the policy, and he assured me he would handle the initial payments with Progressive. He did so with the renters portion for Progressive, but did not start the auto portion correctly. I had no idea about this, I received no notification from him or Progressive.
