Tom and Abbey were more than generous in helping me and made it a great experience as I planned on switching coverages. Their customer service was above and beyond with responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to listen. Anytime I’ve had a question about coverage, billing, or policy changes, they’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident in my decisions.

We are extremely impressed with the insurance service (home and auto) provided by agents at the Tom Demory office. They are all very professional and knowledgeable, and always have answers to our questions. Specifically, we recently received service from Lusina. Again, she was very professional and friendly regarding our questions covering our vehicle and recent home damage claim. Tom's office has served us for decades, and we trust them as friends.
