I reached out to Westland Insurance last week to review my home and auto policies. I learned that my previous broker had retired and I was connected to Snedden. He worked tirelessly to get me the best rates, he called me when he said he would call. He was a pleasure to do business with. If you want a hardworking agent I recommend Snedden highly.

I contacted John from the butler insurance company. He took information about my property and he told me he will get back to me after few days. I did not hear from him for a couple of weeks. Then I called him x2 and left a messages. I still have not heard from this guy. He is a liar. He says one thing and does another thing. Very disappointed at him. He is definitely not very professional. At least he could have returned my phone calls and tell me that he failed to get me an insurance quote. His service was 0/10.
