My hat is off to Gary Caluducan and his team! The expertise he has demonstrated in this area of finance is excellent! From the beginning I’d asked him to give me the same advice he would give his mother and the results has been so impressive. I intend to invest more in 2026.

My mom is a policyholder with this company, and I have to handle everything for her since she doesn’t speak English. Over the past year, dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve had to send in multiple forms just to set up her auto-pay, and every time there’s an issue — forms get lost, processed incorrectly, or never updated at all. Today, I called again to try to get this fixed, and the representative casually told me, “I’ll send you another form. The date you submitted won’t be approved.” This makes no sense because I submitted all the required forms together, on the same day, when we had to make changes to her policy. My husband and I have had life insurance policies with Western & Southern for many years now. Michael Cheslock has been our agent for a lot of those years. He always reaches out periodically to check on us to see if we need any other services and to review our policies. We have been very satisfied with this company and understand that they also now offer other entities besides insurance. My father also had a policy with W & S and when he passed away, the agent came to my home to settle the policy and brought the paperwork so I didn’t have to go to the office. He was professional and respectful to my loss. I would highly recommend this company for your insurance and investment needs!

One of the individuals at my work has been trying to get ahold of Michael Cheslock for over a year since he (the individual) does not have access to his policy. In that time, we have been given the run around, have had numerous phone calls go unanswered from Cheslock and are told that Michael Cheslock will be returning our calls within the week. Several members of the client relationship center have stated that only Michael Cheslock is able to answer our questions. However, since Cheslock refuses to return the individual's phone calls, we are unable to move forward with what needs to be done. Before anyone says anything, we contact Western & Southern Life (& Michael Cheslock specifically) on average 2-3 days a week with no return calls. I would NOT recommend working with Michael Cheslock
