Michael was very friendly and courteous along with the other staff I encountered to quickly and easily obtain some extra life insurance.

I am a current policy holder and reached out to my now assigned representative, Michael. I had several questions and he told me I did not have a ROP rider on my account and wanted to set up a meeting. We scheduled the meeting and he was a no call no show. I reached out to him and this office along the the corporate email that did reply by saying the Miamisburg office will reach out....NOTHING. I called Haley at the corporate office and see answered all my questions, sending me things I requested from Micheal that he had to meet me instead and confirmed I did have the ROP rider that he said I didn't. If he is new or don't know things, just say so and find out. Most importantly, don't leave someone hanging with NO communication at all. I don't think it is just Michael, it is possible

Did the children ID cards with one of the reps with the company back at the end of 2019. She didn’t show up the our appointment because she said she didn’t think I would show up. We rescheduled, and again she didn’t show up, I called her and she said she forgot about our appointment but would be there shortly.. 45 minutes later she showed up to the YMCA and we had our appointment. After being there for well over an hour, we left and it was almost a month before hearing from her again. When I received the ID cards for my four children, none of their cards were correct. Names misspelled, our address was wrong, birthdays were incorrect, and she took the cards with her to redo them due to there only being one fingerprint and she needed to reuse them. I've been with western and southern for almost four years and I've never had any problems they're always kind and courteous when my daughter passed in 2017 I received the insurance check in less then 2 weeks

I went in for getting my Aunt's Services together and they really helped Me out taking care of what I needed to do and also did there part very well. So I really, really Appreciate the help I got because it can be very stressful @ times like these.
