We called them when we went on medicare and they were so good to work with, didn’t push any insurance co on us and went through the benefits of each one and our choices. We asked them tons of questions and they were knowledgeable of the process which is overwhelming for Sr’s. To this day if we have any questions about any thing they help us every-time. Our benefit advisor, Kim Stucker, was excellent. Before our meeting, she researched and identified several plans that might best fit our needs. She identified pros and cons of each plan, and patiently answered any questions we had. We left the meeting feeling confident about our next steps. Mar'Qayla Rainey walked us through our enrollment this week for the 2026 health plan. She made it stress free and it was a huge relief for us and for our mom. We had a lot of questions regarding the different advantage plans available in regards to our list of doctors being in network, as well as our prescription costs.
