I called Western & Southern Life Insurance today, in hopes of finding some information about a 35 year old policy. I am not a client of this company. Marie Ballard of their company called me back and with me having only an old address, pulled up the policy and gave me what information she was allowed to give. Unbelievable the things my family and I have been doing trying to get death claim processed. We've been given the run around for months and that's even after speaking with several different people, even supervisors. Very disappointed in the service provided and even more so because we haven't been able to resolve this issue without a hundred reasons why we haven't received paperwork, we've even been blamed for the process taking so long. Smh.
