Dondrell Swanson - State Farm Insurance Agent

After getting notice of a rate increase on a policy that [after doing some research] it turns out I really don't need, I found Taylor Ramirez at Dondrell Swanson's State Farm Insurance Agency. Taylor has been very thorough and patient with all of my questions. He has walked me through different scenarios for home and auto coverage, adjusting the policies to my needs today, not several years ago when the policies were first written. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him to all future customers!

Very poor communication. It’s been 3 weeks that no one has responded to multiple texts and no one answers when i call. Natasha answered this afternoon and was very helpful in explaining how to switch yo a different agent as I’ve been with State Farm over 30 years. I got assigned this agent when my original agent retired. Not at all pleased with this office
