WVNAIC is the singlehandedly WORST insurance company in the USA. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will delay and deny to the end WORSE THAN STATE FARM. Even if you're hit in a HIT AND RUN by one of their clients, they'll offer you a measley $280 check for loss of use on your brand new 2025 car. OR YOU COULD JUST PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A RENTAL. A sub $1000 estimate on +$4,000 worth of work and "NON-NEGOTIABLE" diminished value. They expect a 100% non-at-fault victim to pay out of pocket, what a joke!!!! Holy crap what a circus. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WVNAIC!!!!! IF YOU GET HIT BY THEIR CLIENT, YOU'RE SCREWED.

Agents are so unprofessional will not be clear on what they want from you and always asking for you to mail in stuff when he is tierd of answering questions he will tell you to get insurance elsewhere

Eh. It’s good for the price, but we got this policy on a whim when our old one ended (without our insurer giving us a heads up btw). Wouldn’t have been my first choice considering I knew nothing about it beforehand.

Rates keep rising and the website never works to be able to make a payment.

Very professional from top to bottom. Most high risk carriers are harder to get a quote from. Really need to try these guys. Thank you
