I had to visit here because of a lady rear-ending me and I was told she didn't have insurance, but then when I got the papers it had she did here. I went to see if she indeed had it and thankfully she did.. I wasn't treated like a customer probably would be due to the fact I was filing a claim against them. I felt as if the fist lady was helpful, but she was leaving for lunch so I was passed on to a co-worker. She was kind of cold towards me. She didn't explain I was gonna be talking to a insurance adjuster, but instead I was told to sit at a table with a phone, and I thought she was going to ask me some questions or fill out some information. She picked up the phone dialed a number, and handed the phone to me. I just feel like it would have been better for her to explain to me what was g
