This insurance is horrible!!! We hit a deer and the insurance took weeks to approve the quote from the body shop. They will only pay a maximum of thirty days on a rental. Then we were left to pay 300.00 a week and a 300.00 deposit for the rental. The body shop could have had our car fixed in less than a week. If it is the insurances fault it takes weeks they should give you an extension on the rental coverage. It is not like we don't pay thousands of dollars every year for coverage we don't use. Then when you need it they drag there feet and won't give you an extension.
