Since 2009, when I got my first policy from Tom Welsch, I have been nothing short of thrilled with the service, support, and results from Tom and his staff. Today, not for the first time, I called up with a complicated issue to make changes, add insured, add a policy, each with a little twist, and in less time than it's taking me to write this review, Candie had things figured out to the best possible solution (including knocking a few bucks off one policy along the way) and sent an email requesting the exact info with precise instructions. Everyone at Welsch has been friendly and knowledgeable for the 10 years I've been with them, and I highly recommend them without reservation!

The brokers switched my auto and homeowner policies to Nationwide after Erie insurance cancelled their contract with them. They switched my policies without my permission or notifying me.
