Recently, I renewed my home insurance with Wells Insurance specifically, Chrystie Frazier. I was impressed from the outset; she was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Within a couple of days, she located insurance coverage that was reasonably priced, provided adequate coverage and is local. Lastly, the communication with her was exceptional. She provided timelines and kept them. She didn’t hesitate to call and speak directly when necessary. I’m very pleased and genuinely thankful for her support. Well done Chrystie!

An issue came up with a renters insurance policy from 6 months ago. Emily Hankinson of the Wells Insurance Group was awesome in her response and help. Solved the problem in less than an hour including getting me an unexpected refund. I would highly recommend Emily and her agency for any insurance needs you may have.
