Wow, I just got off the phone with Stephanie because I was inquiring about health insurance for my family. She was so incredibly rude and short with me. I was trying to understand what we did or did not qualify for, and why, and she did not have the patience to talk with me. She made a lot of assumptions and did not take any time to understand our situation. I am shocked that anyone would talk to a prospective client like this. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone based off of that very short, 1 min conversation. Shame on her for treating anyone like this. I simply wanted to understand this process and she shut me down before she knew anything about our situation. STAY AWAY FROM INSURANCE SOLUTIONS AND STEPHANIE. She addressed our multiple needs, was responsive when questions came up, and followed through to bind our insurance quickly.
