Sarah was so very helpful when I called. She’s not even assigned to me, but bc the person whose client I am was unavailable, she very willingly spoke with me about the excessive increase in my car insurance rate. After searching out options, she called me back (within the hour) with another company who was able to save me several hundred dollars. Sarah was most pleasant, helpful, and encouraging to me. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new agency for insurance needs, and I personally would want to deal with her if I have future issues. An asset to your company!

We have been customers of Webber and Grinnell for over a decade. Our rates are competitive but moreover gone are the days where you have a real live agent and brick and mortar building that you can walk into, sit down and take care of any and all business if you prefer. I prefer knowing I have a dedicated person I can speak to or a building I can go to to drop off important paperwork if necessary. It gives us a sense of security that we are not just a faceless customer online. Having said that, if you prefer an online approach Webber and Grinnell is set up perfectly for that as well. Our dedicated agent Sarah Paul is always there for us any day or time. She is timely, knowledgable and proactive completing regular reviews of our accounts and ensuring we are secure and covered properly

Utterly useless agency. Early this past summer my insurance company dropped us due to some clerical issues and I did not find until a month and a half after. I received no notice from my insurance agent (Michelle) and after 3 weeks of reaching out to the office I was told that there was no way they would have known if my insurance policy was canceled. I find that hard to believe. Whats the point of an insurance agent/agency if I have to oversee the administrative side of things. Fast forward a couple of months, October 2025, the new insurance company that we were working with dropped us due to some updates needed on the home. My agent (Michelle) was responsive for a couple of weeks while I was updating her on the fixes, however I haven't heard from her or the agency since mid December. I

Kim (the business manager) has great character. She helped me get coverage when no one else would. I am a high risk driver and wasn’t able to find a good premium anywhere. W&G unfortunately still weren’t able to cover me at reasonable rate, but they were able to cover me when others won’t. Even after refusing the offer due to budget constraints their business manager Kim helped me find another company that could. Even after it was clear I was not going to go through them Kim stuck with me. She communicated consistently and answered all my questions about the process and how to find a good premium elsewhere. I worked with Kim Panetta, Business Development Specialist, to figure out our auto, home and umbrella policies. Our needs weren’t as common and Kim was incredibly diligent and found us an insurer that fit our needs and, surprisingly, saved us some money despite being an outliner on what we were looking for. Kim was also very communicative with her schedules and kept me informed.
