I had an extremely positive experience talking to Jill Lesko at King & Cushman to get a quote for insuring our new home. She was personable, helpful, and very quick to respond to my questions via email. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We ultimately decided on a policy from a carrier that K&C does not represent, but I was so impressed by Jill that I asked her to remember me if K&C does ever represent our preferred carrier.

I really appreciate King&Cushman! Customer service is a plus and they care about you. We have both our private and business policy through them, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

I had a very bad experience with King and Cushman- I was treated very rudely over the phone by their customer service, and I was kicked off my insurance multiple times. The first time was because they had been sending our bill to the wrong address. We started our insurance with them when we bought a new house- we needed to get combined auto and home insurance. When I called to ask why our auto insurance had been cancelled, and we figured out the bill was going to the wrong address, they made me feel like it was completely my fault. We had signed up for the dual insurance right before closing on our house, so they needed the address to our old apartment, and it hadn't been switched over for the auto insurance (but our home insurance was all set..)
