They used to be great and thoughtful. I guess now they are too big to care about anything other than their own pockets. Doesn't give you the time to actually explain the policies and the contingencies of what you are getting yourself into until theres an issue last minute. Adds additional sarcasm to an issue that I have been trying to bring to them. Professionalism 0.
