I am writing this review because I am very appalled that a company will process something on a Friday purposely knowing that it was a 3 day holiday, when they were called today my money was still not there and I am just wondering what is taking so long ? Why does it take forever to receive your money when they have all the documents needed. Very unprofessional and very careless. Please make sure before a holiday that they process your money before time , everyone in the office is very lazy and all are only working on their time and not the customers . Really disappointed and will be calling corporate
