Wayne and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Whether I am getting a quote or filing a claim, they are professional and treat me like a valued client and not a claim number. Definitely recommend!

Allie goes above and beyond to answer my questions no matter how difficult of ones I ask. If she doesn’t have the answers she always says I will get back to you. Usually in the same day but definitely within the next business day. She also lets me know if I have an upcoming bill that I had not taken care of. She always has an upbeat attitude it is a joy to talk with her when needed. Keep up the awesome job Allie.

So last year, I had a gas leak, which caused an explosion, and had a total loss of home and automobiles. Wayne Fugate, and Allie have been great in helping me through this process. Also Allie has helped me numerous times with business insurance and has always been prompt and honest and professional. I know if I need anything she is there. I highly recommend them.
