I have been in business for over 40 years. Cox & Kimball provides the best insurance service of any company that I have dealt with in that time. They are competent, have hometown courtesy, and provide the best customer service. Someone always answers the phone and my questions; no recordings or messages. My claim was paid quickly, with no disputes, as they were not trying to dispute my claim and do the least amount possible, but actually wanted to help my office after an incident. Even with all of that, their prices are competitive in the industry. I would recommend Cox & Kimball to any business in the market for insurance. I have never written a review before, but my experience has been so good that I am compelled to write this one.

I have been using them for years now for all my insurance needs at my nonprofit business. They take care of my general liability, workmans comp, vehicle, and Director's and Officers policies. Extremely pleasant to deal with, and Doug always adds a presonal touch. I have recommended Cox and Kimball to several other local businesses and will continue to do so. If you have a new business or have been thinking of switching providers, I would highly recommend you call over and have them get you a quote.

They have great customer service as they always pick up the phone and easy to correspond with using email. They are also really good about usually finding me the lowest rates that are out there.
