It’s a shame loyalty doesn’t hold weight any more. I was with Erie and specifically this agency for so long I don’t even remember when I started the policy. If memory serves I had them for my first policy on the first car I ever bought. So probably 15 years. I recently called in to remove a car and add a new one and the new rates were WILDLY higher. Went with a competitor and not only did they beat the new rate offer they beat the rate I had on my old car.
