Wicked expensive to be honest I've owned my own home for over 2 years now and always paid on time and never missed a payment never put a claim in and somehow my home insurance rate was over 2000 for the year with a quote from Warren E Nicholas im not sure exactly so I did some research and if your dealing with smaller home insurance agencies they tend to up your rates due to other people putting claims in so if your home insurance doubles like mine did for no fault of your own its because your homeowners insurance is paying out more money in claims then there taking in so the charge you basically double so not fair and I don't agree to it at all so I decided to go to a bigger homeowners insurance company so if something like this does happen it won't effect the little guy hope this was hel
