Bert Carabitses: Allstate Insurance

I LOVE the small business feel working with Burt and LOVE the Allstate big company resources! If you are looking for an agent that is responsive, caring, knowledgeable this is your solution! My first experience working w/ Burt was a savings of a few thousand dollars! Call him and he will quote you a price! It was a no brainer for me to move over. I shared my customer experience and helped some friends and family join the agency. Today I’m posting because my first accident and it was so reassuring to talk it all through with him. Not a big 800# I felt lost on. 5* service for the 2 yrs we’ve been working together!

Hello I give 4 stars because I haven't had any bad experiences with this agency. They always work with me and are attentive to my questions to this point. Not to many businesses get 5 stars because no one is perfect in my book. 😁 I do hope this was helpful have a great week everyone!!

Bert and his staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and knowledgeable of the various products they offer. I wouldn't use anyone else, even if it were for cheaper rates!

Very bad to deal with! I asked a very simple thing and they couldn’t get it right at all. Had to call 4 times and I just got the run around. I would never use them again. Taking my house insurance else where even if it cost more. They are definitely not honest either.

I would never recommend this agent to anyone ever!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had simple questions regarding my policy and Bert could not answer my questions. A 45 minute phone call and 10 emails later with not even the correct answers. He was even laughing at me on the phone!! After this encounter I called the main Allstate line and someone answered my question in 10 minutes. I have since transferred to a new Allstate agent who is much more informative and knowledgeable!! I love Allstate but BERT AND DALE ARE TERRIBLE!!!
