Had Insurance for a few years. Never bothered them with any claims. Half way through my time, I had to remove one of my few policies and it was messed up and it was hard to get ahold of her and it was never resolved just ignored with no follow up or answers. Tried to give it more time but felt like any time I had a question it felt impersonal, brushed off, and inconvenient. Awful communication from Lorie until I asked to end my insurance, then she was quick to respond and it was dealt with in a matter of minutes.
The place is not the same when it was jnj,now the place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I was with them for over twenty years until they did me wrong.they won't last long if they treat everyone like they did me after being with them for over twenty years!! You stink now (walkerhughes)
Very quick at responding. Nice and very helping. Couldnt ask for better service!
