Dont use this company. Terrible customer service.My family had insurance with American family for over 30 years. The wouldn't honor my families roof that was new, they wouldn't stop trying to not cover it. I was charged multiple times from this branch. When I brought it up to one of the owners, she didn't fix it. She cancelled my insurance after I paid two times for that month. And I got a 32 dollar check. My entire family left this terrible insurance company

We have had American Family Insurance for more than 52 years. As a company they have, over and above, met our expectations. We have no complaints! Likewise with the Wade Agency they have gone over and above in working with us to lower our rates, where possible, and providing outstanding customer service, thank you Heather!
