Jon Gross doesn't reply to emails or phone calls. It almost cost me losing my earnest money and contract. Since then he still won't contact me after i leave messages, my mortgage isn't paying the insurance premiums, and mail for this account is send to the wrong address after i have requested it to be changed. Worst service i've ever had from an insurance.
