Loved Allstate when I joined, then prices were raised twice on it. Found another insurance company that is cheaper and went to cancel with Allstate and Omar was VERY unprofessional and rude in our email thread. Very happy to be leaving and going somewhere we are appreciated.

If looking out for the customer was in the dictionary Oscars face would be next to the word. Not only was he able to fix a nightmare but I ended up with better covered with out having to pay an arm or leg for. He was even kind enough to step outside his job to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Very happy with my service and glad I made the switch to All State.

Never going back to Allstate. Rates will go up for no reason. Found another insurance company that saved me significantly more and gives me more coverage for less money. I was initially quoted a price.. and two months later. I’m being told that it’s more money now than the initial price. Wasn’t even informed prior to the increase/change of price. I had to get in contact with my agent to get an explanation just to be told that rates were going up without a clear explanation. Be careful dealing with this insurance company.

Omar Villafranco is very hands on with educating you on your policy and what it covers with detail. He calls on every renewal to review any changes to avoid surprises. Thank you Omar!!!
