This is the most unprofessional and uneducated car insurance establishment I’ve ever dealt with in my 25 years of having car insurance….it all started months before I actually decided to switch companies. I made a payment that took them over a week to extract. When they finally decided to take the funds an unknown payment had been extracted from my account. I was totally unaware that they didn’t receive my money because they didn’t call me until ten days after I made the payment and by that time they were threatening to cut off my insurance. I paid it immediately over the phone; it still took 4 days for them to process. A few weeks later they were threatening to cut off my insurance again because who ever took my payment did not inform me of a $25 return fee. I paid it…my bank account refl
